Delivery is free for total online purchase more than SGD $150 otherwise delivery charges will be computed automatically upon checkout from our ecommerce website.
We will contact you upon receiving your online order to liaise and update you on shipping and delivery details as well as for self-collection orders.
Please contact us at (65) 6738 3525 to inform us of any change in delivery address. Do note that additional fees are chargeable should you decide to change your delivery address if your order is already on its way.
Our REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY is strictly valid for 7 days. No replacement or exchange will be allowed after this period.

We will contact you within 3 working days to discuss the defective item and the REPLACEMENT or EXCHANGE procedure.
Items that are currently non-exchangeable are consumable products.
Customers are responsible for sending the items to E-XCLUSIF for the items to be replaced or exchanged. If the items are sent to the wrong address or lost during the transition, E-XCLUSIF will not be responsible for the product loss.
