  • Delivery is free for total online purchase more than SGD $150 otherwise delivery charges will be computed automatically upon checkout from our ecommerce website.

  • We will contact you upon receiving your online order to liaise and update you on shipping and delivery details as well as for self-collection orders.

  • Please contact us at (65) 6738 3525 to inform us of any change in delivery address. Do note that additional fees are chargeable should you decide to change your delivery address if your order is already on its way.


  • For products to be delivered to an overseas address, kindly drop us an email at info@e-xclusif.com or contact us (65) 6738 3525 for a quote on delivery charges.

  • In cases where stock becomes unavailable due to high demand, we will contact and inform you as soon as possible.

  • In-store purchases are available at our office, during office hours. However, do contact us at (65) 6738 3525 to confirm stock availability prior to walk-in.
  • Cash and Nets payments are available for our in-store purchases.

  • Our REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY is strictly valid for 7 days. No replacement or exchange will be allowed after this period.

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days at Tel: +65 6738 3525 or write to info@e-xclusif.com with details of the product, product defect and invoice number.

  • We will contact you within 3 working days to discuss the defective item and the REPLACEMENT or EXCHANGE procedure.

  • Items that are currently non-exchangeable are consumable products.

  • Customers are responsible for sending the items to E-XCLUSIF for the items to be replaced or exchanged. If the items are sent to the wrong address or lost during the transition, E-XCLUSIF will not be responsible for the product loss.

  • NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE

  • All items purchased are non-refundable and non-returnable.


  • Goods purchased from us are guaranteed against manufacturing defect for each item as specified by the manufacturers and are not guaranteed against wear and tear.
  • Warranty period differs with each product. Please refer to current company’s policy on warranty period.
  • In case of wrong pricing in our ecommerce website, we reserve the right to rectify the prices of our products or cancel the order.

  • Direct payment to our PAYNOW QR Code via ecommerce website or on our official invoices.
